The request that came from the Digital Technologies Summit is clear. Government wants industry to develop a solution for digital learning resources in South Africa. The Department of Arts and Culture (DAC), Department of basic Education (DBE), The Library Association of South Africa (LIASA) are all asking for a coherent strategy. Once the strategy is in place, competitiveness can happen.
